Grøn Koncert is one of the most popular festivals in Scandinavia, it started in 1982 and is lead by Muskelsvindsfonden who is making a difference for people with disabilities. Grøn Koncert is held in 8 different cities in only a few days during the Summer. Meaning this is one of the most well-organized festivals having to activate thousands of volunteers and staff members.

DGI and GoodiePack

DGI has used GoodiePack for normal running events, but during the Covid DGI had to activate their members from their own homes, and were able to use GoodiePack for that. Everyone got a GoodiePack and could use this as a common platform where member got a briefing, maps for which ways to run, voting and other features that made them feel part of a group - even though Covid made people stay at home.

QR lead scanner
GoodiePack has a QR scanner where attendees or exhibitors only can scan attendees and in that way exchange contact info. Gathering the leads in the GoodiePack it is possible to extract the list of contact info after the event.
Ask questions to the stage
The attendees can ask questions to the stage through their GoodiePack, they can upvote other questions, and it is possible for the questions to be shown on a big screen or speaker screen after a moderator has approved the questions.
Build your own Program
Attendees can build their own program based on the official program and add it to their calendar on their phone. The program can show pictures, text and video of each speaker. There can be more stages and settings with limitations on how many can attend a specific time sloth.
Knowledge Bank
All pdfs, powerpoints, video and other material can be collected in a folder that is presented to the attendees as a knowledge bank. It is also possible to show the most popular questions from attendees etc.
Direct sales to exhibitors
The exhibitors can get their own personal GoodiePack with directions, practical info on how to set up the stand, and direct sales options e.g to order more coffee to their stand. The kitchen will get the live-order and will be able to deliver the order immediately.
