Additionally, notifications can be sent to guests the day before the event to remind them to purchase beverages or food before arrival.

Integrates Seamlessly with POS

The GoodiePack ordering system integrates seamlessly with OnlinePOS cash register systems. Product lists from OnlinePOS can be exported and easily imported into GoodiePack.

When a customer purchases a product through GoodiePack, an order is sent directly to the cash register, which prints an order receipt for the bartender to prepare the guest's order.

Orders can be set to print at specific times, which is particularly beneficial for theaters.

Flexible Payment Options

Payment through GoodiePack is simple and fast. We collaborate with Stripe as our payment system, allowing guests to easily pay using credit and debit cards (excluding Dankort), Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Additionally, orders can be paid in cash upon arrival, a feature commonly used by hotels. Payments are processed through Stripe and transferred to the business based on their preferred payout schedule, offering flexibility in managing cash flow.

Time Policy, Interval Policy, and ASAP Policy

These policies define different ways to manage orders and pickup times in the Order Goodie.

With Time Policy, customers can select a specific pickup time for their order, ideal for pre-orders.

Interval Policy allows customers to choose a time range or fixed time slot for pickup, helping distribute orders evenly.

ASAP Policy processes orders as quickly as possible, notifying staff immediately to prepare the order right away.

Each policy can be customized to fit the needs of the business, ensuring an optimal customer experience and efficient operations.
